Hot Porridge
INGREDIENTS
1 cup uncooked white rice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 inches Ginger, minced
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon blackpepper
2 tablespoons margerine
2 tablespoons chicken stock
TOPPINGS
Fried Chiken
Celery
Fried Onion
Dried Chilli, fried
DIRECTIONS
1. Soak rice for 1 hour with plain water.
2. Boil rice together with all ingredients. Cook about 1 hour until the rice shimmering & thicks.
3. Serves with toppings.
